How to calculate metrics in the report?

Step 1: Set the title

Define the title of the block where your calculated metrics will be organized. This will help you identify your custom KPIs.

Step 2: Add a metric

Click on "Add metric" to start creating a new metric.

Step 3: Set the metric title

Give a specific name to the metric you are creating. This will help you identify this metric in the future.

Step 4: Select social networks

Choose the social networks you want to include in the calculation. You can add up to 3 different networks.

Step 5: Select the metrics

Choose the metrics that will be part of the calculation. You can pull metrics directly from a selected social network or use a custom value.

Step 6: Define the mathematical operations

Choose the mathematical operation between the metrics: addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division.

Step 7: Add the remaining metrics

You can include up to 5 metrics in the calculation. Just repeat the metric or value selection process to compose your equation.

Step 8: Calculate your metric

After configuring all options, click on "Calculate Metric" to generate your custom KPI.

Tips and Advanced Options

Value formatting

You can set whether the number will be displayed as an integer or as a percentage.

Save equation

You can save up to 10 custom metrics to reuse in other reports without needing to configure them again. To do this, simply select the "Save equation" option.

Add more equations

After completing the setup of the first metric, you can add up to 3 custom equations per block. To add more equations, click on "Add metric" and repeat the process.
