In the new Workflow, you can include up to two internal approvers and two external approvers to review and validate your content.

Internal Approval:

After the content for the demand is added, the user marked as “Internal Approver” will receive an email notifying them that a demand is available for approval.

When clicking the “Access the Workflow” button through the email, the user will be redirected to the homepage, and the demand will be available in the “Internal Approval” column.

At this stage, the user will be able to view the preview of the post in the demand and can either "Request Adjustments" or "Approve."

Request Adjustments: In this option, a preview of the post will open, along with a field to specify the necessary adjustments.

You can describe the changes that need to be made to the text or image of the demand. Once everything is clarified click “Send.”

In this case, the user from the “Creation Team” will receive an email with the adjustment request so that they can apply the necessary changes:

After making the necessary adjustments, the user can once again submit the demand for approval.

  • Approve: The demand will be approved and will await external approval.

External Approval:

The user marked as the “External Approver” will also receive an email notifying them that a demand is available for approval:

By clicking “View Demands,” the user will be redirected to the homepage, and the demand will be available in the “Client Approval” section.

At this stage, the external user (client) will be able to view the post preview in the demand and can also “Request Adjustments” or “Approve.”

In Approve, the demand will be approved and moved to the status “Awaiting Scheduling.”

Approval Link:

It is possible to generate an approval link so that the external user can view the content and approve it without accessing the email.

In the approval link, the external user will be able to view all demands available for external approval, approve them, or request adjustments. If there are multiple demands for approval, it is possible to approve all of them by selecting “Approve all.”

After the approvals are completed, the demand will be moved to the “Awaiting Scheduling” section if the automatic scheduling option has not been enabled.

Click on the demand to review the content:

At this stage, you'll have two options: “Complete Without Scheduling” and “Schedule Now.

  • Complete Without Scheduling: The demand will be marked as complete and moved to the "Done" status. Once completed, the demand cannot be edited again.

  • Schedule Now: The demand will be scheduled for the date and time set up previously.

With the demand approved and scheduled, you can click on it to cancel the scheduling or change the date if you wish:

  • Cancel Schedule: The scheduling will be canceled and removed from your Calendar. The content will not be posted on social media, and the demand will be moved to the "Done" status without the possibility of further editing.

  • Change Date: Change the publication date and time of the demand within your Calendar. It is not possible to change the demand date to past days and times.

All approved and scheduled demands are sent to the Calendar and remain in the Workflow under the Approved and Scheduled stage.

Canceled, completed, and published demands remain available for viewing in the tab named "Done":

Note: A completed demand cannot be edited or removed.

All done, your demand has been successfully approved and scheduled! 😉
