Below are some common terms used by our team and their meaning within mLabs:

Mlabs Account

It is the central hub where you, as a mLabs user, can centralize and manage all Social Channels for one or more brands.

Social Channels

These are the Pages/Profiles that a brand can have on each social network. A Fan Page on Facebook is a Social Channel. Similarly, a Company Page on LinkedIn or a Business Account on Instagram.

Social Networks

These are the platforms where the brand sets up its Social Channels to communicate with its followers. For example, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn are Social Networks.

Mlabs Profile

It is the space dedicated to linking and managing all Social Channels for a brand. You can subscribe to an unlimited number of mLabs profiles (one per brand) and manage all of them using the same mLabs Account.
