The process for connecting an Instagram account to mLabs is done through Facebook, according to the social network's rules.

Therefore, your Instagram account needs to be linked to a Facebook page where you have full access as an administrator on both the page and Meta Business.

Follow the linking process below:

1. Open your Facebook page and click on the Settings option on the left side of the screen:

2. Select the Linked Accounts tab:

3. Click on the "View" item active in front of the Instagram field:

4. Go to the option to "Connect account":

5. Review the details of the account linking process and click Connect:

6. Enter the account login information and click on Log In:

Done! The Instagram account is connected to Facebook, and you can proceed with linking the account within mLabs.

Note: After connecting Instagram within the page, if the account's type configuration is changed (e.g., from business mode to creator mode), Facebook will indicate a pending connection review. Therefore, it's ideal to check the page (within the linked accounts tab) if any changes are made to the account. If the connection review is pending, Facebook will not be able to return the account administration data to mLabs.
