How to change the social network in your mLabs profile

If you need to replace a connected social network in your mLabs profile with another, follow the steps below

The process will be done in two stages: first, the removal of the current channel and then the connection of the new one.

On your main Dashboard, click the gear icon (Settings) in the top right corner and select "Profile Settings".

Under the settings page, you will see the list of connected social networks. Find the one you want to disconnect.

Click the "Remove channel" button next to the desired network.

A confirmation modal will pop up. Read the instructions, check the validation box, and click "Remove" to finalize.

⚠️ Warning: Once the channel is disconnected, you will lose all scheduling data, workflow requests, and reports specific to that social account, and this action cannot be undone.

Connect a new account to your profile

Return to the Dashboard, select the social network, and click the "Connect" button.

Follow the instructions to connect your new social media account:

Done! Your new social network is now connected to your profile!
