My social network has expired, what should I do?

Did you get a notification saying your account expired? Don't panic! This happens for security reasons. From time to time, social networks require you to renew the access permission given to mLabs.

On your Dashboard, look for the social network box that shows the "Attention" alert. Click the blue "Reconnect" button.

Follow the social network's authentication process to renew the permission.

Via Manage Profiles

It is also possible to check all expired channels: click the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen and then select the "Manage Profiles" option.

Locate the profile and click on its specific gear icon.

Under the "Channels" tab, find the expired network and click "Reconnect".

For Facebook and Instagram, if the social accounts were linked through the same manager in Meta Business, reconnecting one account may cause others to be connected automatically.

Note: After reactivating the access permission, future appointments will be published on the social network. However, if any post was not published due to the expired permission, you must reschedule those posts manually. Report data will be updated after 24 hours.
