Learn the meaning of the main LinkedIn Pages metrics used in DashGoo

Performance

Unique Impressions: Refers to the number of times your page's content has been displayed to unique users.

Clicks: The number of times users have clicked on any content on your page, such as posts, links, or buttons.

Engagement Rate: A metric that shows the interaction of users with your page's content.

Reactions: Total reactions received in the period.

Comments: Indicates how many times your page's content has received comments from users.

Shares: Refers to the number of times your page's content has been shared by users on their own networks.

Comment Mentions: Shows how many times users mentioned your page in the comments of other posts.

Total Impressions: Views of your page's content that were not boosted by paid advertising.

Share Mentions: Indicates how many times users mentioned your page when they shared your content.

Followers: Represents the total number of users who have chosen to follow your page and receive updates of your content in their news feed.

Paid Followers: Refers to the number of followers acquired through paid advertising.

New Followers: Indicates how many new followers your page gained in a specific period of time.

Unique Visitors: Shows the number of unique users who visited your page during a specific period of time.

Visitors: Number of visitors by Industry, Seniority, Function, Employees, Country, and Geolocation (depending on the analysis dimension selected in the widget).

Page Views

Mobile Views: Refers to the number of times the page has been viewed on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.

Desktop Views: Indicates how many times the page has been viewed on desktop devices such as computers.

Page Views: Indicates how many times the LinkedIn page has been viewed in the period.

Insights: Refers to views of the insights section of your page.

Products: Indicates how many times the products section of your page has been viewed.

Jobs: Shows how many times the jobs section of your page has been viewed.

People: Indicates how many times the people section of your page has been viewed.

Home: Refers to views of the home page of your company on LinkedIn.

Life At: Shows how many times the "Life At" section of your page has been viewed.

Careers: Indicates how many times the careers section of your page has been viewed.

About: Refers to views of the "About" section of your page.

Posts

Published on: Refers to the date and time the content was published on the page.

Total Reactions: Total reactions received on the publication.

Comments: Total comments on all your publications.

Impressions: Views when the publication is at least 50% on the screen or when clicked, whichever comes first.

Shares: Indicates how many times the content has been shared by users on their own networks.

Clicks: Clicks on the publication.

Engagement: A metric that shows user interaction with the publication.

Video

Video Views: Two or more seconds of playback while the video is at least 50% on the screen, or a click on the CTA of sponsored videos, whichever comes first.

Video Reach: Refers to the total number of unique people who saw your video.

Watch Time: Indicates the total amount of time viewers spent watching your video.

Reactions

Like: Total "Like" reactions received on the publication.

Celebrate: Total "Celebrate" reactions received on the publication.

Support: Total "Support" reactions received on the publication.

Love: Total "Love" reactions received on the publication.

Insightful: Total "Insightful" reactions received on the publication.

Funny: Total "Funny" reactions received on the publication.

Note: The Followers metric, the Visitors metric, and all metrics in the Posts field are updated in real-time, bringing the numbers from now, regardless of the selected analysis period. Within LinkedIn itself, these data are also updated in this way.
