On the Chat Dashboard, you can monitor the total number of conversations, pending responses, active automations, the number of automated messages sent, and the distribution of interactions per social network:

Available Connections

mLabs Chat provides channels for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp to manage interactions and is fully integrated with mLabs Social (the scheduling tool).

If you are already an mLabs Social user, your Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts will be automatically integrated upon access. You will only need to connect WhatsApp within the Chat tool.

If you use mLabs Chat exclusively, all network connections will be managed directly through its Dashboard.
