In mLabs Chat, WhatsApp is fully integrated into the Inbox, helping you increase productivity through the creation of Campaigns.
What are the requirements to connect WhatsApp?
Have a Meta Business Account (Facebook Business Manager).
Have a valid phone number.
Ensure the number is not active on the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business mobile apps.
How to Connect WhatsApp
On the mLabs Chat Dashboard (home screen), click Connect WhatsApp:
On the following screen, click Continue:
Log in to your Facebook account (business administrator) and complete the process as prompted by the network.

How to Create Templates for Campaigns
In the main menu, click WhatsApp:
On the next screen, you will find information regarding the connected WhatsApp number: account number, ID, business verification status (handled by Meta), and connection status.
Note: In this section, you can also understand the billing structure for messaging charged directly by Meta by clicking View Rates.
To start a Campaign, you must first create a Template for it. Click Templates:
Click Create Template:
Configure your template's name, select a category and language, and enter the message you wish to send. Then, click Next:
Finally, customize your template message. You can add content by clicking Select File and adding a button. Customize the Button Type and Text, then click Send for Approval:
Attention ⚠️: The entire approval process for template creation is handled by Meta and must comply with their specific guidelines and rules.
How to Create a WhatsApp Campaign
To start creating a message blast campaign, click New Campaign:
Select the desired template for the campaign, choose its category, and click Next:
On the next screen, you will upload the media you want and choose which contacts will receive the campaign message. You can filter by Tags, Source (interaction channel), and the Last Interaction period. Once configured, click Next:
Review your Campaign settings and give it a Title:
Finally, choose the Delivery Type (Send now or Schedule for later) and click Create:
